As former VP of Operations at Viking Cruises, Niko’s extensive knowledge and experience in F&B operations, Marketing and Business makes the perfect addition to our team as Wild Thyme Group plans to expand our concepts across the West Coast. Our Founder and former CEO, Heinrich Stasiuk will remain onboard focusing on new builds and assisting with maintaining product consistency.
